You do not need to become an AI expert.
You do need to decide what you are going to do about it.
AI is changing how work gets done… I help leaders decide what that means for them and help their people actually put it into practice.
What’s the problem?
Knowing about AI is not the same as adopting it!
Most businesses have experimented.
Many have bought the tools.
Far fewer have changed the way people actually work.
The challenge is not simply access to better AI. It is deciding where it matters, building confidence to use it, and turning new capability into everyday working habits.
Human First . AI Second
I used to think coaching was soft, fluffy and full of platitudes. I was wrong!

If you had told me twenty years ago, back when I was on a rugby pitch in the north of England, that I would eventually call myself a coach, I would have laughed you out of the room.
It carried a stigma for me. An industry built on cuddly validation rather than the hard-edged reality of progress. I valued the grit of the pitch and the honesty of sport, and I did not think there was a place for me in that world.
What changed my mind was realising that good coaching is not about comfort. It is about perspective, challenge and action. A positive disruptor when you are too close to the problem to see it clearly.

Twenty years building businesses.
I have built and scaled three businesses, operating across China, Australia, europe, North America and other parts of asia.
One of them ended badly, in a split with a business partner. That taught me more about myself and what actually matters than any success did, and it changed my direction of travel.
My career has been defined by taking risks, accepting failure and deliberately choosing the less conventional path. Turning complexity into clarity, risk into results, and setbacks into the foundation for what came next.

I have served as safety officer on two expeditions with the flipflopi project across the Kenyan coast, Uganda and Tanzania, completed a kitesurf expedition along the Brazilian coast, and attempted assent and ski mont blanc.
I do not do any of it to impress. I do it because I believe how you do one thing is how you do everything.
And above all of it, I am a father of three. I know the particular pressure of wanting to give your family a world-class life without losing sight of the man you were when you started.

It is not a brand name.
It is something I have said to my kids their whole lives. When things were difficult, when the easy option was available, when something needed doing.
Recently both of my boys were going through something challenging. I asked them separately how it was going. Both gave me the same answer: just making it happen.
That is the business. That is the motto!

I came into the conversation feeling stuck, overthinking whether to apply for a new role, and unsure of what to do. In less than an hour, he helped me structure my thoughts, reconnect with what actually matters for my long-term goals, and make a clear, confident decision. I left the call feeling focused and certain.

Jack delivered the Programme to six of our management team. It was not a generic AI course. He got us using AI ourselves on work relevant to our own roles, and was as clear about where human judgement and relationships still matter as about where AI helps. We came away with practical ways of working we can continue to build on.
