That is why participants use AI throughout the day rather than watching demonstrations. They build something useful themselves, on work that matters to them, and leave with it already working.
Adoption is also easier when people change together. A management team shares the experience while each person applies it to their own role. Finance sees different opportunities from marketing. Operations has different repetitive work from sales.
