THE GAP

Most people have tried AI. Very few have changed how they work because of it.

Getting a decent answer from a chat box is useful. It is also only the beginning. The programme moves beyond occasional prompting into AI that has enough context to work with you and your business, can take on defined repeatable work, and is used with the judgement to know what should stay human.

83%

of CEOs say AI success depends more on people adopting it than on the technology itself.

IBM Institute for Business Value, 2026. Survey of more than 2,000 CEOs.

Not a tour of tools. Not a folder of pre-made prompts. You work on your own work and your own business throughout.

6 WEEKS LATER

“Six weeks on, we've transformed how we handle a whole range of process-based work. We're saving 10 to 12 hours a week in one area of the business alone, and in a typical week the financial benefit from those time savings exceeds the cost of the course by a factor of three. Game changer.”

BUILT FOR

Whether you come alone, test it yourself first, or bring the team.

  • Owner-led businesses and management teams who want everyone moving at the same time rather than one enthusiast pulling ahead.

  • Owners and leaders who want to see it first. Before committing five people and a day of everyone's time, come and do it yourself. You will know by the end whether it is worth putting the team through.

  • Solo entrepreneurs and individuals. Consultants, coaches, fractional directors and anyone running their own show. The work is the same, and it is your own business you build it around.

You do not need to be technical. The day starts with the fundamentals and builds from there.

BY THE END YOU WILL HAVE

Working foundations you can keep using long after the day.

AI that knows how you work

Your role, priorities and working preferences in context.

ADOPTION

Training only matters if people use it afterwards.

That is why participants use AI throughout the day rather than watching demonstrations. They build something useful themselves, on work that matters to them, and leave with it already working.

Adoption is also easier when people change together. A management team shares the experience while each person applies it to their own role. Finance sees different opportunities from marketing. Operations has different repetitive work from sales.

The follow up session three or four weeks later is where it is tested. By then everybody has hit something that did not work, and that is the conversation that decides whether any of it sticks.

The aim is not a burst of enthusiasm followed by a return to old habits. It is for AI to become part of how people actually work.

OPEN DAYS

Coming on your own?

You do not need to arrive with a team. Open days run on set dates for small groups of individuals from different businesses, all working through the same day on their own business.

And the group still matters. A mix of businesses on the same call is not a compromise. You will take as much from somebody else's problem as from your own, which is the whole reason this is a live day and not a video course.

Next open days from October 2026. Small groups, so get in touch early.

THE PROGRAMME

You do not need another AI presentation. You need people to start working differently.

Fifteen minutes is enough to work out whether this is right for you. Next sessions from October 2026.

Includes the live online day, the Resource Pack, the follow up session and two weeks of email access to Jack. AI subscription not included.

A PRACTICAL ROUTE TO AI ADOPTION

You do not learn AI by watching somebody else use it.

You learn by using it.

The Make It Happen AI Programme gets management teams using AI themselves, on work relevant to their roles and the business.

ONE DAY · PLUSE A FOLLOW UP SESSION · SHAPED AROUND YOUR ROLES AND YOUR BUSINESS

THE PROBLEM

The technology is available. The working habits have not caught up.

You may recognise some of this.

  • We have paid for AI tools but usage is inconsistent.

  • Some people are racing ahead while others barely touch them.

  • Training created interest, but a few weeks later very little had changed.

  • People do not know when AI is useful and when human judgement should take over.

People adopt AI when they experience it being genuinely useful in their own work.

83% of CEOs say AI success depends more on people adopting it than on the technology itself.

WHERE IT TAKES YOU

THE TOP
16%

84% of people who use AI at work have not got past basic use. Only 16% are using agents, redesigning workflows and building repeatable Skills. Microsoft calls them Frontier Professionals.

You do not need to be technical. We start with the fundamentals and build from there. By the end you are equipped to join the 16% who are putting AI properly to work, every day.

Microsoft Work Trend Index 2026. Survey of 20,000 AI users across ten markets.

THE TARGET

At least an hour a day back

Reports, admin, first drafts, starting from scratch. That is where it comes from.

A management team of five is twenty five hours a week. That is your most experienced sales, marketing and client facing people spending it on what they are actually good at.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

An assistant that knows how you work

Your role, priorities and working preferences in context.

AI that sounds like you

A working Voice profile for writing closer to the way you communicate.

Work you can hand over

Scheduled Tasks for defined, repetitive work.

Business context AI can work with

Company, customer and priority context ready to use.

The judgement to use it well

Know what to use, what to check and what must remain human.

Ways of working you can reuse

Skills built once, refined and used again.

AFERWARDS

A follow up session three to four weeks later, two weeks of email support, and the complete Resource Pack so you can keep building.

The aim is not a burst of enthusiasm followed by a return to old habits. It is for AI to become part of how people actually work.

I went into this not really knowing what to expect from an AI session, and came out with a much clearer idea of where it actually fits in a working day. Jack pitched it exactly right. No jargon, no hype, just practical and genuinely useful. He was patient with the questions and good at showing rather than telling.

If you're curious about AI but haven't got past the vague sense that you probably ought to be doing something with it, this is the session to start with. Thoroughly recommend it.
